Website Privacy Policy
Effective date: October 5, 2026
This policy explains what information Regency Medical Pharmacy collects through regencymedicalpharmacy.com, how we use it, and who we share it with.
- Prescription and health information you give us, including what you submit on our Auto-Refill & Rx Transfer page, becomes part of your pharmacy record. Our Notice of Privacy Practices explains how we protect it and your rights, and it controls if anything here differs.
- If you live in Washington State, our Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy also applies.
1. Information we collect
Information you give us.
- Contact Us form: your name, your email or phone number, and your message.
- Auto-Refill & Rx Transfer forms: the patient’s name, date of birth, phone, email and address; medications; delivery and payment choices; and your typed signature. We keep the date, time, IP address and browser type with your signed request as a record of your consent.
- Chat and texts: if you use the chat bubble, your name, phone number and messages.
Information we collect automatically. When you visit, our systems receive technical information such as your IP address, your browser and device type, the pages you view, and the site that sent you here.
- Our page statistics come from Matomo, which runs on our own server, uses no cookies, and shortens IP addresses before storing them. Cloudflare, which delivers and protects our website, also gives us page statistics without cookies.
- To block spam, our forms record the time, result and country of each attempt, with a scrambled code in place of your IP address. That record does not include names or messages.
Cookies and similar tools. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. A few features store small pieces of information in your browser so they work:
- The chat bubble, provided by Podium, stores identifiers so it can keep your chat session.
- Our pop-ups and accessibility toolbar can remember your choices, such as a pop-up you closed.
- Cloudflare may set a short-lived security cookie to tell people from bots.
- Staff who sign in to manage the website receive WordPress login cookies.
2. How we use it
- To fill prescriptions and provide the services you ask for
- To answer your messages and contact you
- To run, secure and improve our website, including stopping spam, fraud and attacks
- To comply with the law
3. Who we share it with
- Companies that work for us under contracts to run our website and services: our website host, Cloudflare (website delivery, security and statistics), Podium (chat and texting) and our email provider.
- Your prescribers, health plans and others involved in your care, as our Notice of Privacy Practices describes.
- Government agencies and others when the law requires it.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with other companies for their own marketing.
4. Tracking across other websites
We do not allow advertising networks or other companies to collect information about your online activities over time and across other websites through our website.
5. “Do Not Track” signals
Some browsers can send a “Do Not Track” signal. Our website does not change what it collects when it receives one. We do not track you across other websites, and our page statistics work as described above.
6. Reviewing and correcting your information
To review or correct information you sent us through the website, contact us using the details below. To see or correct your pharmacy record, see “Your rights” in our Notice of Privacy Practices.

Our website is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them online. A parent or guardian should contact us about a child’s prescriptions.
8. Security
We protect information with reasonable safeguards, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections to our website. No website or email system is completely secure, so please don’t send health details through our Contact Us form. Call or text us instead.
